Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. You can change plans at any time without penalty.
Do free bookings stay free?
Yes. Free bookings remain free on all plans — no booking fee applies.
How does the booking fee cap work?
On Grow and above, your booking fee will never exceed $10 per transaction, no matter the booking value. On Start, the 4% fee applies in full with no cap.
How do rebates work?
Once you reach $15,000 in annual booking fees, you can apply for a 50% rebate for the rest of the calendar year. This applies to all plans. On the enterprise plan, you can get custom rebate terms.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There’s no setup fee on any plan. You can also choose to pass the booking fee on to your customers.
